The Move and Copy functionalities operate similarly with the following distinctions:
Copy: Creates a duplicate of the definition and places it in the new directory.
Move: Takes the original definition and places it in the new parent directory.
To move or copy a definition, follow these steps:
Locate the Definition:
Find the definition you want to move or copy.
Press the menu button.
Select Move/Copy Option:
Click on "Move" or "Copy".
A popup will appear for you to select the new destination.
Choose Destination:
In the popup, select the new destination directory.
Click the "Move" or "Copy" button.
Check for Issues:
After the system checks for any issues, you can proceed by clicking the "Move All" or "Copy All" button at the top right corner.
If the definition already exists in the new directory, you will be asked whether to overwrite the existing metadata with the new one. To do that, click on the checkbox next to the file name and click "Proceed". If the checkbox is active, the metadata for the definition will be overwritten.
