Users with admin access to a Hub or Workspace can navigate to the Settings page through its menu.
The Settings are divided into three main sections:
Users
Packages
Compatibility (for workspaces) or Run Inspector (for hubs)
In this section, you can view all users and groups associated with the Hub/Workspace.
Change user status: Click on the role next to the name and select the new status. The changes will be saved automatically.
Add a new user: Click the first button in the button group at the top of the section. It will open a popup where you can enter user's email and their status. After adding the user, their name will be displayed in the list. If the user doesn't have an active Orkestra account, they will be displayed in the "Pending" tab.
Add a group: Click the second button in the button group and select the group you want to add in the list of available Orkestra groups and its role.
Azure groups are not available in the web app for now.
Delete a user/group: Click on the checkbox next to the name. The delete button should appear in the header next to "Name" field.
In this section, you can view packages associated with the Hub. At the top left corner, you can select the type of package to display:
Dynamo
Rhino v.6
Rhino v.7
For Dynamo, packages are displayed in a table format with their name and version. You can upload additional packages or synchronize the package folder with your local folder.
Rhino packages are divided into 3 tabs:
Libraries
User objects
Other resources
Workspace packages display the associated Dynamo packages.
If the hub settings for this workspace aren't overridden, it will display the hub packages and the changes can only be added at the hub level.
To override the settings, simply toggle "Override Hub Settings" at the bottom of the section. This allows you to add and delete packages for this Workspace specifically.
This is a Hub level setting that, when activated, allows Orkestra to record run information.
Orkestra will record all the relevant information for you to troubleshoot any run! It is important for us to make sure that you are aware that all the data passing through your Dynamo / Grasshopper tool nodes will be recorded, which may include project data or personal data. Our privacy policy does cover this topic and you can rest assured that none of that data is sold or reused. It is stored for the sole purpose of providing you with the best possible toolset to manage your deployments!
This Workspace-level setting allows you to set the tools that are compatible with the Workspace.
Simply check or uncheck the box near the tool name, and it will be automatically saved.
You can preview the Rhino packages structure by clicking on the package name. You also have the ability to upload packages. Just click this button and add packages by drag-and-drop or by browsing.
To delete a package, select the checkbox next to its name and click the delete button .
