Management Console enables Pack managers to efficiently manage users and groups.
At the top left corner of the window, you can view the available and total license count.
On the right, you can see action buttons that allow you to:
Add a new user,
Add a new group,
Revoke license for selected users/groups,
Export selected users/groups in CSV format.
The users list contains the following information:
Name,
E-mail,
Activations,
Usage status button,
License Settigns button.
By clicking Usage status button, you can open a panel with login information for each user.
By clicking License settings button, you can open a panel with settings for each user.
License settings panel
This panel gives you additional settings to:
Delete user: Delete user from license pack;
Revoke user's license: Revoke user's license by clicking the first button in the button groups at the top of the panel;
Assign user to a group: You can do that by clicking the second button in the button groups at the top of the panel;
Export user's data in CSV format: Click the third button in the button groups at the top of the panel;
Change the number of activations: Enter the desired number in the "Number of activations" field;
Assign Personal Hub: Tick the checkbox to assign the user with their own hub;
Manage credentials: Edit user's email and/or password.
Each group in the group's list contains the follwing information:
Name,
Number of Members,
License settings.
License settings panel for a group allows you to:
Delete group;
Add a new user to the group:
From Your organization: add a user from the list of users from within of your organization;
External user: invite an external user by email.
Remove users from the group;
Import group data from a CSV file;
Export group data in CSV format.
Remove user from the assigned group: Click on the button next to the group name to remove the user from the group;
