Tabs, Panels, Names and Buttons
When you first place a definition into Quick Access, the default tab name will be the name of the Hub. The workspace containing the definition will be the default Panel. The UI Name will also be the default name of the definition, and the default button size is large.

Changing the tab, panel UI name, and button size is easy.
Change the Tab to an existing tab:
Select the drop-down.
Then, select one of the existing tabs or add a new one. You can specify an already existing tab in Revit; ensure you match the case.
Change the Tab to a new Tab and the Panel:
When you're in the select tab drop-down. Select
.
A UI will appear asking to type out the name of the tab you'd like, and then click "Add"
Two things will have happened: you'll see the new tab selected for that definition, and the panel will have changed to "-Quick Access-".
Changing the panel is just as easy as changing the tab.
Click the drop-down menu and select an existing panel (existing panels will be shown if you choose an already created tab). If one does not exist, select
and follow the steps we took to add a tab.
Note that certain characters are not allowed to be named for tab and panel.

Renaming a definition.
Renaming a definition is super simple: click into the field where the name is and change it to whatever you want. This change will not change the definition's name in Orkestra, just the name of the definition as it's seen in the Quick Access.

Button Size.
There are two button sizes, and the default is large. Below is an example of a large vs. a small button.

Assigning a custom logo to your QuickAccess.
First, select the definition you want to add the image for. Then you can assign logos to your definitions in one of two ways: if you already have one created, there's an option to add it, and a second fun option to generate one using AI.

If you use your own file, the size of the image must be 64x64 pixels.
Generating a button with AI is fairly easy. Once you select the option, a UI will appear. You can type a request and hit enter, and the AI will generate an image.

We used the prompt "A really cool world with the word hello," and these were the results.

If you do not like the options provided, you can select one from which you'd like to see more variations created by selecting the image and pressing "Generate Variations" or typing in a different request.

Once you've found one you like, select the image and click "Apply" to add it to the selected Definition. Then, close out of the UI.

Pushing Changes to the cloud.
Once you've finished modifying your quick access definition, to push the changes to the cloud, select the button in the bottom left region of the Quick Access panel, and the changes will be sent to the cloud.
Users will be able to see the changes if they have access to that hub and workspace.
