Add/Remove/Shifting Definitions

To add a definition from the Quick Access:

  1. You'll first need to specify how you wish to view the definitions. Default is by WorkSpaces.

  2. Set the Workspace dropdown to the workspace in which your definition is located. You'll see all the workspaces and hubs to which you have admin access.

  3. Once you've selected the workspace, you'll see two panels: one that holds all of the definitions in that workspace and, to the right, the panel that shows what definitions will appear in the Revit ribbon.

  4. Next, select a definition from the panel on the left that you wish to add to be seen in the Revit ribbon.

  5. Once selected, the arrows in the middle will highlight blue, the top arrow pointing toward the right panel adds the definition to quick access.

  6. Once pressing the blue arrow, the definition will be added to the quick access list.

  7. Press the Cloud icon to push the changes to the cloud and ask your users to refresh Orkestra in the software for which the definition was built.

To Remove a definition from Quick Access:

  1. You'll need to navigate to the workspace where the definition is.

  2. Now, select the definition in the Quick Access panel.

  3. The bottom arrow will now highlight red .

  4. Pressing that will remove the definition from Quick Access.

  5. Press the Cloud icon to push the changes to the cloud, and ask your users to refresh Orkestra in the software where the definition was previously seen.

Change Order of definitions in Quick Access

  1. Navigate to the workspace that you wish to reorder.

  2. Select the definition you'd like to move.

  3. The up and down arrows will be highlighted in the bottom right . Pressing the up arrow will move the definition up one spot while keeping that definition selected, and pressing the down arrow will move the definition down one.

  4. Press the Cloud icon to push the changes to the cloud, and ask your users to refresh Orkestra in the software where the definition is seen.
