▶️PlayLists

The PlayList functionality in Orkestra allows you to create a sequence of Dynamo definitions that you can then play one after another.

Creating a PlayList is an easy method and acts similarly to adding definitions to the quick access.

1. Create a new PlayList by pressing the button, then enter a name for the PlayList.

   
2. Next, the Definition Explorer allows you to select the definitions you'd like the Playlist to run, which can be both Local and Online definitions, and then press the button to drag the Definition into the PlayList.

   
3. Once you've added your definitions to the PlayList content, you can then start to adjust the order of the definitions as they're running and what happens to the PlayList if a definition encounters an error while running.

   

   1. You can adjust the position of the definitions by selecting the definition and using either of the arrows.

   2. You can instruct the playlist to break if one of the definitions encounters an error during its run by checking the checkbox "Break If Run With Errors."
