SSO Login - credential error

We have had instances of SSO loggin returning a "credential error" message.

Try resetting your password

  1. You can use the "Forgot your password" features in the Orkestra integrations , the desktop app or the web app. This will take through a standard password reset process (via email).

  2. After this, logging in with SSO should normally work . If not , please login using your email and newly set password. You can then try logging in with SSO to make sure the issue is resolved.
